- Focused the US market campaign on the rich culture and diverse attractions of Laredo by using a bilingual approach and culturally themed imagery in the marketing components
- Focused the Latin American market campaign on the value of Laredo as a shopping destination, investment area and vacation spot

- Hotel/Motel tax revenue have doubled
- Visits to the Information Center have increased by 30%
- Laredo now boasts the highest occupancy rates in Texas
