Reduce water consumption by 1% annually despite population growth.

Solution:

Developed a multimedia campaign targeting all audiences with an emotional appeal regarding water conservation. Positioned conservation as vital to the future of today’s children, tomorrow’s community.

Results:

Exceeded water reduction goal. Raised awareness and recall of water conservation practices. Achieved record highs of awareness within the Hispanic Market while maintaining levels in the General and African American Markets.
