Objective:

Increase enrollment in Medicare Advantage Special Needs Plan.

Solution:

Developed campaign targeting populations with matching special needs: Seniors with diabetes, heart disease and chronic pulmonary disorder in the General, Hispanic and African American markets. Used advertising to draw seniors and caregivers to special informational events and health fairs. Developed targeted advertorial series to address and educate audiences on key issues. Campaign included print, direct mail, media relations and nearly 300 annual events.

Results:

Tripled enrollment objectives ahead of schedule.
